Welcome to Growthhungry LLC ("Company", "we", "our", "us")! These Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") govern your use of our web pages located at growthhungry.life.
If you do not agree with (or cannot comply with) the Agreements, then you may not use the Service, but please let us know by emailing us at admin@growthhungry.life so we can try to find a solution. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who wish to access or use the Service.
1. Communications

We may employ the use of third-party services for the purpose of facilitating payment and the completion of Purchases. By submitting your information, you grant us the right to provide the information to these third parties subject to our Privacy Policy. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product or service availability, errors in the description or price of the product or service, error in your order, or other reasons. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if fraud or an unauthorized or illegal transaction is suspected.
3. Fee Changes
Growthhungry LLC, in its sole discretion and at any time, may modify Subscription fees for the Subscriptions. Any Subscription fee change will become effective at the end of the then-current Billing Cycle. Growthhungry LLC will provide you with a reasonable prior notice of any change in Subscription fees to give you an opportunity to terminate your Subscription before such change becomes effective. Your continued use of the Service after a Subscription fee change comes into effect constitutes your agreement to pay the modified Subscription fee amount.
4. Subscription and Renewal
Automatic Renewal: The subscription automatically renews at the end of each period (monthly, annually, or other specified) unless cancelled.
Payment Method: Subscription payment will be automatically deducted from your specified payment method upon purchase confirmation.
Subscription Cancellation: Cancelling the subscription disables automatic renewal, but access to all subscription features remains until the end of the current period.
Cancellation Procedure: Users can cancel the subscription by contacting our support at admin@growthhungry.life or using the "Unsubscribe" button in their account before the end of the free trial or current subscription period.

Users can cancel the subscription by contacting our support at admin@growthhungry.life or using the "Unsubscribe" button in their account before the end of the free trial or current subscription period.
5. Subscription Cost and Changes
5.1. Cost Changes:
We reserve the right to change the subscription cost, and we will notify you of such changes by posting new prices on the website and/or sending an email notification or another prominent method.
5.2. Right to Decline New Prices:
In case of disagreement with new prices, you can cancel the subscription before the changes take effect.
6. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding Content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Growthhungry LLC and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws of the United States and foreign countries. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of Growthhungry LLC.
7. Links to Other Websites
Our Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Growthhungry LLC. Growthhungry LLC has no control over, and assumes no responsibility for, the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. We do not warrant the offerings of any of these entities/individuals or their websites. You acknowledge and agree that Growthhungry LLC shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such third-party websites or services. We strongly advise you to read the terms of service and privacy policies of any third-party websites or services that you visit.
8. Disclaimer of Warranty
These services are provided by the company on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of their services, or the information, content, or materials included therein. You expressly agree that your use of these services, their content, and any services or items obtained from us is at your sole risk. Neither company nor any person associated with company makes any warranty or representation with respect to the completeness, security, reliability, quality, accuracy, or availability of the services. Without limiting the foregoing, neither company nor anyone associated with company represents or warrants that the services, their content, or any services or items obtained through the services will be accurate, reliable, error-free, or uninterrupted, that defects will be corrected, that the services or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or other harmful components, or that the services or any services or items obtained through the services will otherwise meet your needs or expectations. Company hereby disclaims all warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, statutory, or otherwise, including but not limited to any warranties of merchantability, non-infringement, and fitness for a particular purpose. 9. Limitation of Liability
Except as prohibited by law, you will hold us and our officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless for any indirect, punitive, special, incidental, or consequential damage, however it arises (including attorneys' fees and all related costs and expenses of litigation and arbitration, or at trial or on appeal, if any, whether or not litigation or arbitration is instituted), whether in an action of contract, negligence, or other tortious action, or arising out of or in connection with this agreement, including without limitation any claim for personal injury or property damage, arising from this agreement and any violation by you of any federal, state, or local laws, statutes, rules, or regulations, even if the company has been previously advised of the possibility of such damage. Except as prohibited by law, if there is liability found on the part of the company, it will be limited to the amount paid for the products and/or services, and under no circumstances will there be consequential or punitive damages. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of punitive, incidental, or consequential damages, so the prior limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.
10. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have had between us regarding the Service.
11. Changes to Service
We reserve the right to withdraw or amend our Service, and any service or material we provide via the Service, in our sole discretion without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason all or any part of the Service is unavailable at any time or for any period. From time to time, we may restrict access to some parts of the Service, or the entire Service, to users, including registered users.
12. Amendments to Terms
We may amend these Terms at any time by posting the amended terms on this site. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Service following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes. You are expected to check this page frequently so you are aware of any changes, as they are binding on you. By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
13. Waiver and Severability
No waiver by Company of any term or condition set forth in these Terms shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such term or condition or a waiver of any other term or condition, and any failure of Company to assert a right or provision under these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service and supersede any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
14. Growthhungry Club and Academy
14.1. Growthhungry Club:
The Growthhungry Club is a community platform provided by Growthhungry LLC, offering access to exclusive content, networking opportunities, and additional resources. Membership details, benefits, and terms are subject to change at the discretion of Growthhungry LLC. All members must adhere to the Club's rules and guidelines, which are provided upon joining.
14.2. Growthhungry Academy:
Growthhungry Academy is an educational program designed to offer structured learning experiences in various fields. The following terms apply specifically to Growthhungry Academy:
14.2.1. Enrollment and Payments:
All payments made for enrollment are non-transferable and non-refundable, unless otherwise provided for in this Agreement or required by applicable law.
Payments made through Stripe or Affirm are subject to their respective terms and conditions. By using these payment methods, you agree to comply with the terms and conditions set forth by Stripe or Affirm.
You authorise Growthhungry LLC to send instructions to the financial institution that issued my card to take payments from your card account in accordance with the terms of your agreement with us.

14.2.2. Rights and Obligations:
The Student's Responsibilities:
The student shall actively engage in all aspects of the Program, including attending classes, completing assignments, and participating in discussions.
The student shall adhere to all Program deadlines and requirements outlined in the Program curriculum.
Growthhungry's Responsibilities:
Growthhungry shall provide access to all necessary instructional materials, resources, and technology platforms required for participation in the Program.
Growthhungry shall use reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the educational services provided as part of the Program.
14.2.3. Program Modifications:
Growthhungry reserves the right to modify the Program, including the number of sessions, duration of sessions, and speakers involved, at its sole discretion.
Growthhungry reserves the right to change mentors and instructors at our discretion. We strive to provide highly qualified professionals as mentors and instructors, and we may make changes to ensure the best possible learning experience for our students.
Any modifications made to the Program will be communicated to the student in a timely manner to minimize disruption to their learning experience.
14.2.4. Program Dates and Participation:
The dates and schedule of the Program are subject to change at Growthhungry's discretion. Reasonable notice will be provided to the student in the event of any changes to the Program dates or schedule.
14.2.5. Confidentiality:
The student shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary or confidential information disclosed or exchanged during the course of the Program, including instructional materials and class discussions.
14.2.6. Dispute Resolution:
Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved through good faith negotiations. If unable to resolve amicably, either party may pursue legal remedies as provided by applicable law.
This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the state of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
14.2.7. Release of Liability:
The student acknowledges and agrees that Growthhungry shall not be held liable for any adverse consequences resulting from their failure to actively participate in the Program or changes made to the Program dates, schedule, or content.
14.2.8. Termination of Enrollment and Employment Disclaimer:
Growthhungry reserves the right to terminate the student's enrollment in the Program at any time for failure to comply with Program requirements. In the event of termination, Growthhungry is not obligated to provide any refunds or compensation for any portion of the enrollment fee.
Growthhungry does not guarantee employment upon completion of the Program. Placement decisions within companies will be at the sole discretion of Growthhungry, and the availability of positions cannot be guaranteed. Growthhungry will, however, provide referrals to companies, but decisions on whom to refer and to where will be made solely by Growthhungry.
14.2.9. Announcement:
Growthhungry may make announcements, including changes in Program policies or additional resources, through email, website notifications, or other communication channels.
14.2.10. Acknowledgment:
By enrolling in Growthhungry Academy, the student acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
